My NFC tag is not being detected
Ensure NFC is enabled in your device settings. Hold the device closer to the tag and try repositioning. Some tags require direct contact. If using a thick case, remove it and try again.
The write operation failed
Some NFC tags are read-only or locked. Try a different tag if available. Ensure the tag has enough storage capacity for your data (especially contact vCards which can be large).
How do I restore my premium purchase?
Open the Settings tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your premium status will be restored for any device linked to the same App Store or Google Play account.
My activity log disappeared
Activity logs are stored locally on your device. They may be lost if the app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. There is no cloud backup for logs.
Can I export my activity log?
Currently, activity logs can be viewed and deleted within the app. Export functionality is not available in the current version.
Ads are not loading
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you have purchased premium, ads should be disabled. Try restarting the app or checking your ad blocker settings.
