Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NFC Master ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse NFC tags for illegal activities, harassment, or unauthorized access
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission
  • Not interfere with the App's operation or bypass its security features

Subscriptions and Payments

NFC Master offers a one-time in-app purchase for premium features ($1.99 USD). All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or process payment details.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Key terms:

  • Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
  • No auto-renewal charges
  • Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google per their policies
  • Premium status can be restored on any device linked to your account

Free Tier and Rewarded Ads

The free tier includes access to 7 data types and limited tools. Free users may watch rewarded video ads (served by Google AdMob) to temporarily access premium features. Ad content is served by third-party ad networks and is subject to their policies.

Intellectual Property

NFC Master, its code, design, branding, and content are the property of Horizam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT NFC TAGS WILL BE WRITTEN OR READ CORRECTLY IN ALL ENVIRONMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORIZAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF REVENUE.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Locally stored data (activity logs, preferences) will remain on your device unless you delete them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You should review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert governing law/jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
